Got Grit(s)?

So, there was that great "Got Milk" campaign. I'm doing an updated spin: "Got Grit(s)?" Today I thought I'd make my salmon with spinach and kale, smothered in grits...

It was delicious...after I added more salt.
Never forget to season appropriately!



The salmon was sun-dried tomato marinated and roasted with onions and rosemary.
Melted cheddar and asiago cheese with onions and herbs infused the grits. 
The kale and spinach were naked. 
And thrown in for my health benefit.
