White Burgundy and "Roast" Tacos

With the warming weather, I stopped in to Citizen Wine bar....and I had a glass of delicious white burgundy. Delicious. Today I made fabulous tacos.... I used left over roast meat: beef pot roast and yummy, salty pork roast. I added some of the leftover chimichurri, cheese, some quinoa (the pinneapple, black bean, corn and red pepper blend), shallots, and a bit of arugula... and it was heaven in a tortilla.
