Leftover Dough: Pizza and Flatbread


I had leftover dough from last night's pizza experiment, so I decided to put it to good use and make another pizza and a flatbread. For those of you that don't know, anything too far off the traditional red-sauce  & cheese pizza, is deemed flatbread (only by me).

Pizza # 2:

Sauce- 50/50 blend of basil pesto and tomato sauce.
Toppings- red onions, spinach, bacon, fresh diced garlic, fontina and mozzarella cheese; and then post-oven, oregano, red pepper flakes, and fresh parsley.








Flatbread #1:

Sauce: 25/25 basil pesto & tomato sauce/50 BBQ sauce (a subtle but defining addition).
Toppings: fresh garlic (crushed), spinach, red onions, bacon, chicken, fontina and mozzarella.
