slow-cooked bbq baby-back ribs

I took advantage of the cold weather-- snow squalls, wind-- to make some comfort food. I made slooooowwww cooked bbq baby-back ribs. Here is the blow-by-blow....

Marinated in red wine, herbs, and 7-up (yes, look it up, it's a thing people do) before I popped in in the oven with onions and a sprig of fresh rosemary.



Almost done... I had to test the tenderness:

And then the fabulous fixin's (or however you abbreviate that slaaaang).



Yummy, in my tummy. It's allllllll gone now.
