Spicy(er) Salmon

Okay, I'm going to take a break from salmon for a few weeks. I'm a little tired of it, how about you?
So, here's my last salmon post for a little while.

I marinated the salmon in red wine, garlic, ginger, and an Italian herb blend. Then right before broiling it, I did a dry rub of chili, brown sugar, and salt and pepper. Here is the end version, over a bed of cheesy grits, with red onions and corn melded into it.
